Where do you deliver?
We deliver Australia wide and internationally.
How much is postage?
Postage costs are as follows:
Australia Wide Regular Post: Free
Australia Wide Express Shipping: $14.95 (FREE if you spend over $100)
All international orders are based on weight and are calculated during the checkout process where you will be given an option on how you would like your item to be posted.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your goodies through PayPal or with your credit or debit card. There are NO additional charges charged to your card when purchasing through our website.
Please note it can take up to 3 days for a credit card payment to be cleared. If you pay via PayPal it is an instant payment so we can shipped your order out to you sooner.
Is your site safe to use?
Yes our site is safe to use. The Chic Goddess site has high premium security 128bit SSL Encryption and is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. Our site is protected and secure so you can shop with Chic Goddess in confidence. All payments are made securely.
Can I order an item that is out of stock?
No, but you can request an out of stock item through the ‘Contact Us’ page by letting us know the style number you are interested in. And we will try are hardest to get it back in stock for you.
How will I know what the right size is for me?
Our ‘Size Charts’ page has measurements for the brands that we sell. We recommend you measure yourself before you make your purchase. A link to the size charts can be found on each product page for your convenience.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Regular Post Australia Wide: Up to 8 days (but can take longer depending on Australia Post)
Express Post Australia Wide: Normally within 3 days depending on where in Australia (but can take longer due to location and Australia Post) We cannot offer overnight express shipping.
International orders can take around 2 weeks, but may be longer depending on which shipping method you have chosen.
How can I track my order?
We will notify you of your tracking number once your goodies have been shipped.
What can I do if my purchase doesn’t fit me?
You can exchange if the items don’t fit as long as all the terms and conditions have been followed in the ‘Shipping & Returns’ policy. Due to health regulations we DO NOT exchange pantyhose, stockings, body-stockings or jewellery.
Do I have to pay postage costs for exchanges?
Not if your are in Australia. Once you have contacted us, we will let you give you a 'reply paid' number so your postage costs are covered by us.
If you are outside of Australia you will need to cover all postage costs.
How do I refund an item?
We only refund an item if the product is faulty. If you have a faulty product you will need to contact us through our contact page. We will then be in contact with you within 24 hours (usually sooner).
The FAQ's didn't answer my question, what's my next step?
You can ask us your question through the Contact Us page and we will reply within 24 hours. Alternatively you can click on the 'Let's Chat' icon at the bottom of the screen which will message us through our Facebook page.
